Join us for the Durham Queer Methodists’ fourth annual Queerly Beloved worship, hosted at Duke Memorial UMC in downtown Durham. This is a beautiful and empowering service “Led by Queer People, for Queer People, and Welcoming All.” We are so excited to offer this unique, community-led worship again during the 2023 Durham PRIDE weekend.

Help us spread the word at Durham PRIDE about our inclusive Methodist communities!
We have two volunteer options:
BOOTH: Hang out under the tent with a partner in 2hr shifts and interact with community members who stop by to ask questions and learn more.
ROAMING: Work the crowd! We’ll have a big button for you to wear so you can walk the festival and interact with community members who want to know more about DQM and our inclusive communities.

LGBTQ+ Potluck
Join Durham Queer Methodists for a potluck at Epworth UMC on August 13, at 5:00 p.m. Bring your favorite dish and come gather and eat with people from other affirming churches in Durham as we build momentum for Durham PRIDE in September.

Sunday, September 25th at 11:00 AM we are celebrating 20 years of being a Reconciling Methodist Congregation in our Morning Worship Service. Reverend Deborah Morgan will be our special guest preacher and all are invited.
